Lead Types

What types of MCA leads do you offer?

We offer six core lead types: Fresh MCA Leads (0-30 days old), Aged MCA Leads (31-180 days), Full Submission Leads (complete applications with bank statements), Live Transfer Leads (real-time phone transfers), UCC Leads (from public filing records), and Bank Statement Leads (pre-qualified with financial documentation). Each type serves a different stage of the sales funnel and budget.

What is the difference between fresh and aged leads?

Fresh leads are generated within the last 0-30 days and represent businesses actively seeking funding right now. They convert at significantly higher rates but cost more per lead. Aged leads are 31-180 days old and are ideal for high-volume outreach campaigns where you need quantity at a lower price point. Many brokers use a mix of both to balance conversion rate and cost per acquisition.

What are live transfer leads and how do they work?

Live transfer leads are delivered as real-time phone calls. Our call center qualifies the business owner — confirming they need funding, have been in business at least 4 months, and process minimum monthly revenue — then transfers the live call directly to you. These are the highest-converting lead type because the prospect is already on the phone and engaged.

What data fields are included with each lead?

Standard fields include business name, owner name, phone number, email, business address, industry/SIC code, estimated monthly revenue, and time in business. Full submission leads also include completed applications and bank statements. All leads include phone and email verification status.

Can I target leads by specific industry or geography?

Yes. All lead types support filtering by state, city, ZIP code, industry/SIC code, monthly revenue range, and time in business. Geographic and industry targeting is available at no extra cost on all plans. Custom filters can be set up for subscription customers.

Pricing & Billing

How much do MCA leads cost?

Pricing varies by lead type and volume. Aged leads start as low as $0.15 each in bulk, while fresh exclusive leads range from $25-75 depending on qualification level. Live transfers are our premium product at $75-150 per transfer. Volume discounts are available on all lead types — the more you buy, the lower the per-lead cost.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. We offer both pay-as-you-go and subscription plans. Pay-as-you-go lets you purchase leads on demand with no commitment. Subscription plans offer lower per-lead pricing and priority access to inventory in exchange for a monthly commitment. You can cancel subscription plans with 30 days notice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Subscription plans are billed monthly via credit card or ACH. For large orders (10,000+ leads), we offer net-15 payment terms for qualified customers with an established purchase history.

Do you offer refunds for bad leads?

Yes. We have a clear return policy for leads that don't meet our quality standards. If a lead has a disconnected phone number, invalid email, or the business is confirmed closed, we'll replace it or credit your account. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Our average return rate is under 5%.

Is there a minimum order size?

Minimum orders vary by lead type. Aged leads have a 500-lead minimum, fresh leads have a 50-lead minimum, and live transfers can be purchased individually. Subscription plans have their own monthly minimums based on the plan tier you select.

Quality & Verification

How do you verify lead quality?

Every lead goes through a multi-step verification process. Phone numbers are validated for connectivity, line type, and carrier. Email addresses are checked for deliverability. Business information is cross-referenced against public records, secretary of state filings, and commercial databases. We also deduplicate all data to prevent duplicate records.

What is your data accuracy rate?

Our fresh leads maintain a 92%+ phone connectivity rate and 95%+ email deliverability rate. Aged leads have slightly lower connectivity (85%+) due to natural data decay over time. All leads include verification timestamps so you know exactly when the data was last validated.

How do you prevent duplicate leads?

We deduplicate across multiple data points including phone number, email address, EIN, and business name/address combination. If you're a subscription customer, we also deduplicate against your previous deliveries to ensure you never receive the same lead twice.

Are your leads TCPA compliant?

Our leads include consent records where applicable, and all live transfer leads have explicit verbal consent. However, TCPA compliance ultimately depends on how you use the leads. We recommend consulting with a compliance attorney and scrubbing all data against the DNC registry before making outbound calls. We provide DNC scrubbing as an add-on service.

Delivery & Integration

How are leads delivered?

Leads are delivered via your preferred method: direct download from your BrokerStack dashboard as CSV/Excel files, automated email delivery, or real-time API integration. Live transfers are delivered as real-time phone calls to your specified phone number or call queue. Subscription customers can set up automated daily or weekly deliveries.

Do you integrate with CRM systems?

Yes. We offer direct integrations with popular CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and several MCA-specific platforms. Leads can be pushed directly into your CRM in real time or on a scheduled basis. For CRMs we don't have a native integration with, our API and webhook support makes custom integration straightforward.

How quickly are leads delivered after purchase?

Aged and UCC leads are available for immediate download after purchase. Fresh leads are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation, or in real time for API-connected subscription customers. Live transfers begin within one business day of campaign setup.

Do you have an API for real-time lead delivery?

Yes. Our REST API supports real-time lead posting, inventory queries, order management, and return submissions. API documentation is available to all customers. Real-time delivery via API is included with subscription plans and available as an add-on for pay-as-you-go customers.
